The expert, officially designated Government agency compulsorily examines all frozen meat products and offal and issues International Sanitary/Health Certificate. Such issued certificates from the higher authorities verify suitability of products for human consumption. These certificates are issued shortly after microbiological analysis and also validate the facet of the meat being derived from healthy, disease free livestock subjected to Ante and Post Mortem examinations.
